Wellness Grant Application

We're here to help. While you get access to top care at your hospital, we know that the path back to wellness is scary and challenging. We want to help you get the support you need outside of the hospital, so you can reclaim your health and life. We wish we could help everyone, but we can only support as many people as our fundraising makes possible.

Qualifications

The below qualifications are used to determine eligibility: 

  • Based in Montclair, Bloomfield, or Glen Ridge, NJ

  • Is experiencing one of the following:
    • Currently undergoing treatment for cancer
    • Within 1 year of remission
  • Requires financial assistance outside of hospital care​
